Another brilliant photo shoot with another set of fabulous models. Today we were on the scout for great autumnal shoot locations, and although this one definitely had difficulties with the amount of light that the trees were letting in, when it worked, it really worked!

I had wanted to try Farley Mount (outside Winchester) in Autumn as the carpet of orange leaves underfoot and the orange leaves still on the trees made for some stunning colours and backdrops. It would not be the perfect location to return to because of the amount of cover and therefore shade overhead, leaving the children’s faces quite dark. You have to try these things out though before you can write them off, and it was great fun playing around with the light

Thank you Donna for making this shoot so fun and natural, and your babies did brilliantly despite being poorly! I think it is fair to say that they take competitive running to the next level!
