What is an Autumn Leaves Shoot?
Hi and welcome to my Autumn Leaves Shoot page! This is a brand new venture that has begun as so many of my old babies from my Baby Pumpkins from previous years are too big for my pumpkins now, but I know a lot of you still want to have lovely photos of them and capture them in their gorgeous years!
Previously I tried to run Halloween shoots for these toddlers but the amount of props I was having to use was ridiculous, so I had a think and decided to strip it all back to basics! And the Autumn Leaves Shoot was born!
In essence it will be a really lovely opportunity to let your toddler run free (in a safe and enclosed place) and just get back to nature. There will be leaves to play with, a wheelbarrow and rake and not forgetting my trusty hay bale that all the kids just love to jump off and play on!
How does an Autumn Leaves shoot work?
I will base myself in a location (will be decided nearer the time when I have a much clearer understanding of where the best light and colours are) and will accommodate a combination of Baby Pumpkins throughout the day. I will meet you at a designated area and we will have 30 mins to play (with a buffer window of 15 mins afterwards just so we don’t overrun into the next slot).
The location I choose will have lots of space, lots of leaves (real and fake), a hay bale and (hopefully) a few logs to walk along and clambour all over! I will also bring my kiddy wheelbarrow and rake as I haven’t yet met a child who doesn’t like charging along with a wheelbarrow! And then we just let your child play and have fun! They may want to throw the leaves around, jump off the hay bale, run around with the wheelbarrow or do something else. We just let them run free and have a load of fun whilst I lie on the floor and capture it all!
After the shoot I will send you a private and secure link to your images. You will be able to download all the images as the price includes them all.
What happens if I have a baby and a toddler and want to have a Baby Pumpkin and Autumn Leaves shoot?
This is a very possibility for many of you I know, as so many of you are regular families!
As the Autumn Leaves Shoot and Baby Pumpkins will be happening on the same days and same locations you can either book back-to-back shoots and have basically 75 mins for both children and can we can either run them simulatenously or consecutively! I appreciate that £100 for 2 children is quite a lot though so I am more than happy to run the second shoot for £30 (so long as the shoots are consecutive slots)! You will need to contact me directly to book this though as the system won’t allow it.
Alternatively you are welcome to try and fit both toddler and baby into the same shoot slot but 30 minutes is not a huge amount of time to get many photos of both, especially if you want naked photos of the baby or changes of clothes etc!

Location
The location will be determined as late as possible as I want to pick the best possible light and colours in which to capture your baby pumpkins! I will let you know a few days before your session, but it will definitely be in or around Chandlers Ford and Winchester!

What do I need to bring?
Any oufits / costumes that you want your little person to wear. ANy propw or teddies that they love and would like to play with!
What do we do if the weather doesn't play ball?
If the weather looks too cold or wet for us to comfortably shoot outside, then we will postpone to another date.
When will I get the images?
I will do my best to get the digital images back to you within a week.
I want to turn my images into presents for my family - can you help with that?
